Website Build Agreement
Parties
Provider: Site Launch (Ireland). Contact: +353 86 782 0449

1. What we’re doing
We will build the Client’s website as described in Schedule A (Scope). Anything not listed is out of scope.
2. Master Terms
These services are provided under the Site Launch Terms of Service (online). By signing this Agreement and/or paying any invoice, the Client confirms they have read and accept the Terms of Service, which form part of this Agreement.

3. Project stages and approvals
3.1 Stage 1 — Structure and content logic (free, where the Client supplies content): We will organise the provided content and propose the site structure. The structure and logic must be approved by the Client before we proceed.
3.2 Stage 2 — Design mock-up: €200. Includes text edits, but not a full structure change.
3.3 Stage 3 — Build and setup: Price depends on the agreed package:
4. Revisions (3 rounds)
The fee includes 3 rounds of revisions per stage (as agreed in Schedule A). Additional changes are billed separately.
5. Hosting and SSL
Hosting/SSL is either:
A) The Client pays third-party hosting/SSL directly (we can assist with setup), or
B) The site is hosted within the Provider’s ecosystem and is paid 12 months in advance (price agreed per client in Schedule A).
Third-party fees are non-refundable.
6. Payments and non-payment
Payments are due as per the invoice schedule. Non-payment or late payment is grounds to pause work and/or terminate cooperation. Handover may be withheld until invoices are settled.
7. Client responsibilities
Client must provide timely access, materials, and approvals. Delays from the Client extend timelines.
8. Right to refuse/stop work
We may refuse to start or continue the project at any time, with or without giving reasons. Client pays for completed work and committed costs. Any unused fees for uncompleted scope will be handled as set out in the Terms of Service.

- Multi-page website: from €800
- Small online shop: from €1,200
- Final price is confirmed in Schedule A.
