1. What we’re doing
We will provide SEO and promotion services as described in Schedule A (Monthly Scope).
2. Master Terms
These services are provided under the Site Launch Terms of Service (online). By signing this Agreement and/or paying any invoice, the Client confirms they have read and accept the Terms of Service, which form part of this Agreement.

3. Term and fees
Work items approved in advance are final for that agreed scope. Later changes or extra requests may cost extra.
5. Communication
Rudeness, aggressive behaviour, or condescending communication is not acceptable and can lead to pausing or termination.
6. No guarantees
We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or leads. We commit to reasonable skill and care and agreed monthly actions.
7. Right to refuse/stop work
We may refuse to start or continue at any time, with or without giving reasons. Client pays for work completed and committed costs.
